The one-year professional course for COOKER is designed to train the trainee both theoretically and especially in practice.
The basis of the course is Mediterranean cuisine, Italian and traditional Albanian cuisine.
Trainees are given the opportunity to practice cooking hundreds of kinds of recipes in our kitchens, which are complete with all the professional equipment of the time.
Our technologists and chefs are fully motivated and committed, so that all trainees complete the course at the highest possible levels, as well as immediately after certification to be able to work in this profession in the best restaurants inside and outside country.
